Wow, what a blast! Thank you guys so much for all the effort you put into making a Rio hunting trip successful. As a group from South Carolina , we travel the country every spring and MMO is by far the most prepared group of guides we have seen. Dylan and Lane had the birds patterned to within minutes and put us all in the right spots to have a shot at success. Even after an early tag-out, they continued their hospitality by taking us to Lake Cheney for a windy day of catching White Bass. Lodging was great, food was great, fishing was great, and the turkeys were plentiful. Thanks Again!

First I wanted to say thanks for an awsome hunt. The crew and I have never seen so many birds in our lives. The hunting is first rate and the atmosphere at the lodge is more than we expected. Its nice to be in the same company with other hunters and guides that share the same passion that we do. Ryan and Lane have really done their homework and it shows. They know where the turkeys will be at any time of the day. I would recommend MMO to anyone that is looking for a great place to hunt. Ryan and the rest of the guides will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure that you have the hunt of a lifetime.

I just wanted to write and personally thank you for the awesome time we had with you opening weekend of Kansas turkey season 2011. You really weren't kidding when you said you were over-run with birds. I have turkey hunted in another part of Kansas 3 times, South Dakota, Texas and South Carolina and can honestly say you have as many mature toms as I have seen anywhere. We probably saw 40-50 strutting toms on your leases each day.
I also wanted to complement your top notch guiding. You and Lane had the birds absolutely scripted out each day. Where they were roosted, how they would move and even, within the hour, when they would come by. You guys must have put in some serious preseason scouting. These efforts had our entire hunting party tagged out in a day and a half!!
Finally, kudos for your lodge set up. Right in the middle of town, close to everything but definately with a rustic hunt camp kind of feel and only 5 minutes to the nearest turkey hot spot. The beds slept great (except for my brother's snoring), the big screen was nice and the hot showers felt great after a day of chasing thunder chickens.
All in all it was way more than expected!! Reserve our spot for opening weekend 2012.

Once again I wanted to tell you guys thanks again for a good time. In the end I'm glad I didn't kill out as early as Brandon, as this being my first time turkey hunting running around with Lane all day Friday and trying to stalk those birds was a good time. And then on Saturday when I got my second bird and to see them spurs on that bird that made the whole trip with while. You guys do what ever it takes to make sure you get your limit and I appreciate that. So once again a BIG thanks to you and Lane for a hunt of a lifetime.

First and Foremost I want to Thank You for the fantastic hunt. It was truly a pleasure to come to Haven KS and hunt with you guys. I have hunted with numerous guides but I can say this is the first time I have hunted with professionals. It is obvious that you guys truly have a passion for you do. I say this because you guys knew everything about the Turkeys we were hunting, where they sleep, where they eat, where they move, which hens they like, it was truly impressive. What makes this more impressive is that you knew this not about just 5 or 6 toms but for probably 30 to 40. I saw more Turkeys in one day that what I would see in a whole season here hunting 3 states. I went out there with the expectation of getting 1 Turkey in my 3 day hunt and thought if I got 2 it was be a fantastic trip. Instead I had the best day of Turkey hunting I ever had and was tagged out with both birds at 3:30 on the first day. Truly a great time, hunting with great people. Feel free to use me as a reference for future hunters. It is not a matter of if I will be back but how many times. Thanks again for everything and I will see you guys soon.

Ryan, dude..... You have put together an amazin outfitting service. I have hunted turkeys all over the midwest from SD to TX and have never seen another outfitter that has the turkeys pegged the way you and Lane do. Opening morning Ryan pointed me in the direction the birds were roosted, told me where to set up and he told me what the birds were gonna do. Guess what? Morning light broke and it almost seemed Ryan had these birds trained, they did exactly what he said they would do the night before. I could have tagged out the first 30 mins of the first day of the hunt. Shot one turkey, let one go just to keep the hunt going. Got my second turkey (a monster I might add) the second morning of my hunt, in memorable fashion to say the least. Ryan and Lane thanks for all you did to make our hunt one of the best I've been on. Keep up the hard work and plan to see ya'll next year.
